Q. Can the screen be cut to size?
A. Yes but we suggest you fold the edge of the screen over a couple of times until it fits. If you cut the screen the hem is removed and the strength of the product is much weaker.
A. If you cut the screen we will not accept any returns or refund requests.
Q. How does the screen attach to the door?
A. Two options are available.
- Self adhesive pads are supplied that can be stuck to the door frame. This suits plastic and wood frames.
- Thumbtacks can be used on wooden frames. These will leave small punctures.
Q. Does the screen fit double doors?
A. The screen fits openings with a maximum size of 40 inches and height of 87 inches. This is the only size available.
Q. How many pieces does the screen come in?
A. The screen has two pieces that fit to the door frame, these meet and close in the middle with the magnetic fastener
