Terrific service
Bought two of these for elderly relatives, nice & easy to use.
The first one charged & worked normal, the second one wouldn`t charge properly. Phoned customer services, new battery was sent out straight away, and then charged properly.
Excellent service from Aspect two, can`t fault them. Good old fashioned service, well done.

Customer Service at its best.
Bought the Black one...loved it. Then it went
wrong, wouldnt switch on. Called and explained and was told that a new battery was on the way. It arrived the next day and Hey Presto..everything solved! No charge, no fuss just straight forward old fashioned Customer Service.

Fantastic Phones
Fantastic phones, bought one for my elderly mother, one for my wife and a further one for a sister. Very durable a must have for the at risk or for those that want a phone that does as it was originally designed for.

Talking keys not working
I received my phone yesterday and found that the talking keys were not working. This was after I selected on for the key sound option. Also, the button that is used to receive calls does not work all the time. I bought this phone as a 70th birthday present for my mum so I was very disappointed

We spoke to Mr Hill and arranged for a replacement phone to be sent.
We do quality check a number of phones but as with any product a small percentage may not function correctly. We are always working with our supplier to minimise this percentage.

Setting Profiles
Its a very good phone for my 83 year old nan. The only thing is, I cant seem to change the profile to general. It has the option for headset it will only do the sounds while the headset is on and she cant hear me talk without the headset. How can I change the profile to general because it doesn give me an option?

We called Ms Beattie and determined the phone was faulty. A replacement has been sent.
