Ringtone volume
Only just got this phone for my elderley parents. Seems great so far. Just one thing - I cant seem to find the volume for the ringtone. Ive gone through the menu, as per the manuals instructions, but once I get to ringtone there doesnt seem to be an option for volume?

The volume can be set in the Profile /Standard /Personalize /Ring Tone Volume menu. Use the up/down arrow to change the volume as required and then press the green (top left) key to save the new level.

Language setting for phone
Bought this phone for my mum who has somehow managed to change the language of the whole phone to Finnish! How do I get the language back to English? As we dont understand what anything says on the phone, we are finding it difficult to find where the language setting is. Even tried on-line translator to decipher the words, but to no avail!

From the front menu with the time showing.
Press up arrow twice. You should see a spanner symbol.
Press the Send key (top left key) once.
Press down arrow twice
Press the Send key (top left key) twice.
Press down arrow once. You should see English
Press the Send key (top left key) once. This will return the language to English.

KEY LOCKING
MOSTLY DOES WHAT IT SAYS BUT WISH TO KNOW KEY LOCKING FACILITY.

Key locking can be set manually by pressing the Green Dial button (top left on keypad) and then the star(*) key.
It can be set to automatically turn on in the Settings/Security/Keypad lock menu.
To unlock the phone press the Green Dial key and then the star key.

Balance Query
Brilliant phone however cant find instruction on how to know your current balance or how to top up.

You need to call the top up line for your provider. The instructions refer to this as the Call Balance number.

SOS Button
Is there a method to stop pressing the SOS button accidently

The phone is supplied with the SOS button set to the OFF position.
It requires a press of several seconds to activate the button in normal usage so is not easy to set it off accidently.

Ideal Gift
Bought this for my Mum in her 70s. Is ideal. I set it up really easily with reading all the instructions. Thinking of buying one for myself.
