Product Guarantees
All products that we supply are covered by an unconditional one-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of a product developing a fault in this time we will repair, replace or refund the goods, subject to the availability of stock.
Making A Contract With Us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will email you again to confirm that we accept your order and that a contract has been made with us. You will receive a further email advising you when the order has been despatched, at which stage your credit or debit card will be charged.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing error, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order and there will be no contract between us.
If the goods are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods of similar merchantable quality. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods you will not have to pay to return them.
If you do not wish to receive Special Offers from us, or selected companies, please tick the appropriate box within Your Account at the time of placing your order.
Cancellation of the Contract
By law, all customers in the UK have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a product within seven working days of the date the product was delivered.
To make a cancellation either before the goods have been despatched, or within this seven days ‘cooling-off’ period, please email or telephone via the contact details below.
Payment
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro, Electron and Solo cards registered at a UK address. Your card will not be charged until despatch is made.
Delivery
We process your order as quickly as possible. If it is being sent by Parcelnet we expect it to be delivered within three to five working days from the date it leaves our warehouse, but we have no control over this Company and cannot be responsible for any delays caused by them.
Smaller items (under 1 kilo) will be sent via the Royal Mail and their delivery times are the same.
In general, please allow 14 days for delivery from the date you place your order. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
We will deliver to the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland only. We do not offer a service to any other area. The delivery will be by Parcelnet or the Royal Mail and a signature may be required for some items. Please supply a delivery address where the goods can be accepted and signed for between Monday to Friday during the hours of 09.00 to 17.30. We are unable to specify a delivery date or time. In the event that you are out when delivery is attempted, a card will be left for you to rearrange this at another date.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30 days unconditional returns guarantee on every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return it in its original packaging, and in good condition, for a full refund within 30 days of our invoice date.
If any free gifts are offered with the product, these must be returned as well as they are only a free gift as a condition of purchase and retention of the product. If you fail to return any free gift, the nominated value of the item will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returning Goods
Please pack the goods carefully in the original carton and add any extra internal packaging that may be required to protect the goods in transit. We only pay for the cost of the carriage to return items to us if they are faulty or damaged. Please email or telephone us via the contact details below so that collection can be arranged. If you simply decide that you don’t want the item even though it has been fairly described and is of satisfactory quality, you will have to pay for the return carriage. We would still recommend that you contact us to arrange collection, as the price would be cheaper than if you arranged the return carriage yourself. The cost of this would be deducted from your refund. Aspect Two will not refund any/additional carriage costs if you return goods without contacting us first, whatever the reason for return.
Refunding Your Money
Your refund will be made direct to your credit/debit card within 28 days of receiving the goods in a suitable condition, as described above.
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE)
When any product you order is covered by the WEEE Regulations, it will carry a label saying so. This means that our company will take responsibility for the safe disposal and recycling of the product when you have finished with it. Please do not put it in your domestic waste bin.
You will need to supply us with your order number and the product code. Please keep your delivery note in a safe place as this contains all the information we will need.
When the time comes that you wish to dispose of the product, please telephone us on 0844 863 0064 and we will arrange for the product to be returned to us at our cost.

Aspect-Two is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- your name
- address
- phone number
- email address
- credit/debit card details (see below)
We do not store your credit/debit card details – they only exist on our system for as long as is necessary to process your order. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
